Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We proudly offer shipping services across the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and eligible U.S. territories. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please ensure that your shipping address is within our serviceable areas to avoid any delivery issues.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Our default shipping method is Standard Shipping. Orders typically take 3 – 7 business days to arrive once they have been dispatched from our warehouse located at 115 Front St, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Delivery times may vary depending on your distance from our fulfillment center and local postal service efficiency.

3. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of the order value. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the payment is successfully processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package on the respective shipping carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays (for some territories) may cause delivery delays. If your order is significantly overdue based on the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +1 718 – 875 – 3248. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone. You may be required to provide a correct address, and an additional shipping fee may apply to resend the package. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, your order will be refunded, minus any applicable shipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. You may also reach out to our customer service team for assistance, and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
